Is there a way to get to the Run program on a computer that hides it?

At my school our adminstartion hides the run program but we managed to get into the C drive is there a way that I can get the Run program so that we can search for stuff in the computer?

Is there a way to get to the Run program on a computer that hides it?
To my knowledge - no. I'm going to assume you want to run cmd.exe. Just go to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and its in there. If you can't get to there then stick cmd.exe on your memory stick and run it from there. Same principle applys for other things you want to run. Just search for them, find them, run them. The run tool is just there to save time - it is in no way required.
Reply:Try Windows key + R. If the dialog box opens, you can do what you want.
Reply:Can you open Task manager (by right clicking on the Taskbar)? On the Applications tab there is a New Task button.
Reply:Since the run program will be disabled in security for any non-administrator don't waste your time.
