Irrevocable power of attorney?

here is the situation:

a real estate is under the name of A and B. A and B are moving out of the country and gave C an irrevocable power of attorney to manage the estate. However, C died.

Question: Who then owns the real estate? Is the irrevocable power of attorney void? What will happen to the real estate?

Irrevocable power of attorney?
A and B still own the property. Any contract including power of attorney are terminated once that receiving power dies.
Reply:Great post! I completely understand your question. Money is hard for a lot of people right now since the enconomy is going down. My friend told me about this website of an organization that gives people up to $1500 towards their rent or mortgage. It's available in most areas, so I think you should check it out.
