FAIL High SCHOOL????
Silly question.
I'm a senior in high school, done in about 2 weeks!
Well, I was accepted to a University back at the beg. of the school year! I already paid and have a room and everything! But, my 5th 6 weeks I got a 1.4 GPA! 2 f's and 3 d's and 2 c's and an a. I slacked all year, and managed to get a's b's and c's all 1st semester. i have hard classes, like anatomy and psychology. but, my 2nd semester i am getting really bad grades! i will graduate, since i can fail like 3 classes anyways, because i have enough credits. but, we have to send our final transcripts in to our college. will the kick me out if i got a 1.4 gpa in a 6 weeks, or do they even care? the highest you can get is a 4.0 i have been in the 3.0's and a few high 2.0's never ever lower than a 2.5 my whole high school career! i just have really bad "life" problems these past few years and don't care and it's kicking me in the butt. so, will the college care about that GPA or not?

As a long-term investment strategy, is it possible to "lose" by investing in index funds?
My thinking is as follows. As a long-term investment strategy (say, buying --- and buying regularly --- and holding for a period of 20 years or longer): a) it is possible to "win" by investing in index funds, b) it is possible to "win" even bigger by investing in actively-managed mutual funds (or by handpicking stocks), however, c) it is also possible to "lose" by investing in actively-managed funds. So, d) is it possible to "lose" by investing in index (i.e., passively-managed) funds, or is investing in them a no-brainer despite the potential bigger gains of actively-managed funds?

Trumpet and Braces....HELP!!!!!?
Ok, so I just got my braces 2 days ago. I've been playing trumpet for over 5 years, and I'm one of the top 35 musicians in the state, so I'm not just a beginner. I know it might be too soon to know for sure, but the first day, I managed to get a weak and airy C major scale out. It gets less and less airy everyday, but I'm wondering if that will hold up. Will I get better? Will I be able to play like how I used to? Should I use the wax, although it's not painful when I play, but who knows, this is only my 3rd day. What exercises should I do? ANY ADVISE WHATSOEVER?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Reply:Everything from eating, kissing, and playing the trumpet will get better as you get used to the braces. After a while they will feel like a part of you and you notice them much until you get something stuck in them. Just give them time.
Reply:there is like this plastic thing you place on your braces so it doesnt cut your lips up and it helps a lot and you might be able to get more air when you play
Reply:You'll be fine. I have had many students go through this in junior high/high school. It's just a matter of time. You will get used to the braces being on. Just keep practicing. If your mouth does start to hurt, be sure and use the wax for a while. After a couple of weeks you should be close to normal again. The braces may change your tone a slight bit, but nothing that can't be fixed with a little extra work. Things will get better! Good luck to you in the future. Playing an instrument takes a lot of discipline. It will help you in the future, I promise. Not only musically, but in your daily life as well.I know it's helped me. Kept me out of a lot of trouble in high school and college!!

Too depressed to go to school - can i teach myself at home?
I'm 18 and studying at college just been diagnosed with endometriosis = rubbish periods!i've also just managed to quit 2 class a and c drugs which i was very reliant on,i'm also now quitting smoking,7 days so far.My old 'friends' i used to take these with now hate me and both of them have fought me and are still trying to do so, ill defend myself like i already have cos im a fighter but these 2 girls have left college and live very nearby-so im constantly stressed and aware in the school area.
I train everyday cos i'm tryin to get a degree in sports and nutrition and turn my life around. My close family don't know anything about my past.With this and my illness i feel too weak to defend myself,(just lost 2 1/2 stone) too hormonal and too stressed to continue school, but with 6 weeks to go i HAVE to do it, can i teach myself at home (Eng lit %26amp; lang + media) for last 6 weeks and still be entered into exam? need to for uni.Sorry about the length-loong story i know! Cheers everyone!

In America, most colleges do offer online classes in addition to the on campus classes. Also, there is the option to study on your own, and take an exam called "CLEP" that can be on dfile and used to get credit at almost any college. I don't know if that option is available where you are.
You'd have to ask your instructors about quitting class at this late date. It might be a possibility. It might depend on the professor and the nature of the class.
It sounds like you do need a change of pace and environment AND some new friends.
Take a break, or do sign up for some online classes for next term if that is available.
I pray God gives you the strength and wisdom that you need. Be sure to pray and ask Him for that!

Since you've so recently given up 3 drugs (nicotine counts and people quitting just that have a hard time) it's no wonder you feel messed up. There's no reason they couldn't let you go on to take the exams, at 6 weeks to go it might even be too late to cancel and they'll have pay for them anyway.
I would talk to someone at your college, they should have some kind of a guidance counsellor. Explain your situation and see if they would be willing to be a bit flexible about attendance, maybe just a couple of weeks off would help, or going in less days per week or missing mornings? They want you to pass your exams too and to do that you need to look after your health, physical and mental.

Your computer should have come with an operating system cd and also a drivers and apps cd...you should try popping the operating system cd in...turning off your computer...then turning it back on...this should let you format your computer and restore it to what it was the day you bought it. If that doesn't work, you could always try the drivers and apps cd, but I don't think that will work if you dont have your operating system installed and running...I hope that helps :-) Good Luck :-)
Reply:its trying to boot from ur network adapter....really the only time it does that is wen it fails to boot from the harddrive....if the hard drive cant be read....the xp setup dc wont read it either...either because the drive is in operable or the drivers for the harddrive need to be installed before it can read it....

I received a notice in the mail from a company called Personal Concepts stating that I am required to purchase and post state and federal labor law notices. The letter is concerning an assumed name business in the state of IL.
The company is co-owned/co-managed by three people (including myself), but has no employees. Am I still required to post state and federal Labor law posters?
Additionally, I co-own/co-manage (with two others) an L.L.C. in the state of IL that has no employees. Am I required to post state and federal law posters for this entity?

I.Q is this right?
I am 15, 10 days ago. I decided to do an I.Q Test in business because I was very bored. I done the I.Q test and it came back to be 91, so I looked at the ranges and it said below average. Now when I done an I.q test a few weeks/ months ago and a free site it said I had an I.Q of 149 and 142. I told my teacher and he said that was about right. Now a I.Q of 91 would mean that my GCSEs were incorrect because I have A,A,A,A,C before I was 15. So I was wondering if I managed to get A,A,A,A,C and my I.Q was like that, is that bad?? When my I.Q on another site is clearly higher.

Bench - Griffey is injury-prone and will spend time on the DL, so I'd try and trade him. Conor Jackson is a sleeper and could do well this year. I'd dump Castillo. He's no longer a good SB threat.
SP - Great. Santana and Bedard are two phenomenal aces. They'll get tons of strikeouts. Lilly is also good for K's, and Bush and Lester are mini-sleepers.
RP - Isringhausen and Cordero are both solid closers.
I'd rate this team an 8.5/10. I would consider getting rid of Guillen, Griffey, Harris, and Castillo.

I'm a mature student, and I know they are often less strict on qualification requirements...but I have a sneaky feeling, they are still going to want a Math's GCSE...typical, the one I don't have!!
I'm willing to re-take it, but am not holding out any hope that I'd manage to get an A-C grade...don't suppose you can buy qualifications these days lol??

They don't ask for maths for the hell of it. As a nurse you will be responsible for some quite complex drug calculations, dosages, frequency, drip rates etc. By trying to bypass this most basic of qualifications, you will be putting your patients at risk.

It is a collective bargaining agreement issue and nothing can be implemented without the approval of the players union. I really don't believe the rules you suggest would ever be approved by the players union, at least without a big fight. At this point in time nothing can be implemented until the next bargaining agreement, we will see how far both sides are willing to take this issue.

just before a month i had a fight with my frnd. we used to talk each other daily in phone. But he has the habit of calling all his frnds in night time be it a boy r girl. but i have warned him a lot not to call me in night time. but he does it as a fun. once when he was calling me in night my mom attended the call so v were caught though we were only frnds my mom misunderstood our relationship. c warned me.. i some how managed the situation nd said it was by mistake he called me.. so i shouted at him..bcoz of this i didnt call him and i didnt talk with him for the past 1 month.... i feel very bad..should i lose a good frnd bcoz of this...? shal i continue to talk with him again...?he seems to be so dull bcoz of this.....

i had to have my son at 34 weeks due to preclampsia, but he weighed 7lbs 11oz! i had to have a c-section because his head was so big. but here's the crazy part: he was so big and there was so much extra fluid, that even tho i was only 34 weeks, my belly mesaure 48 weeks! and im 5'2!

Reply:My final ultrasound (around week 39) showed an 11 pound baby ... luckily, he was just under 10 :) And no, I didn't manage to deliver without a C-section. I was scheduled for one, only because we weren't sure if my bones could handle one his size. And it was a good thing I had one b/c not only was he weighty, but he was stocky and they almost had to bring out the vacuum.
Because I was heavy to begin with and it was my first pregnancy, I'm not really sure if my bump was proportionate to the size of my son. I thought it was pretty big, but that may have been because I had nothing else to compare it too
Reply:No. I did have a big bump though, it was small compared to the barn I was building...it turned that bruise color..purplish and was sore, it moved down a little bit and throbbed, luckily I had ice.....never had to do any C Section though...all my heifers have large uteri.....no problems !!!
Reply:Early on in my second pregnancy I was big and they did an ultrasound early because my ob/gyn thought it might be twins. I wound up have a 9 lb 7 oz baby with a normal vaginal delivery. I was sore but no C section. Good Luck.

i had to have my son at 34 weeks due to preclampsia, but he weighed 7lbs 11oz! i had to have a c-section because his head was so big. but here's the crazy part: he was so big and there was so much extra fluid, that even tho i was only 34 weeks, my belly mesaure 48 weeks! and im 5'2!

Reply:My final ultrasound (around week 39) showed an 11 pound baby ... luckily, he was just under 10 :) And no, I didn't manage to deliver without a C-section. I was scheduled for one, only because we weren't sure if my bones could handle one his size. And it was a good thing I had one b/c not only was he weighty, but he was stocky and they almost had to bring out the vacuum.
Because I was heavy to begin with and it was my first pregnancy, I'm not really sure if my bump was proportionate to the size of my son. I thought it was pretty big, but that may have been because I had nothing else to compare it too
Reply:No. I did have a big bump though, it was small compared to the barn I was building...it turned that bruise color..purplish and was sore, it moved down a little bit and throbbed, luckily I had ice.....never had to do any C Section though...all my heifers have large uteri.....no problems !!!
Reply:Early on in my second pregnancy I was big and they did an ultrasound early because my ob/gyn thought it might be twins. I wound up have a 9 lb 7 oz baby with a normal vaginal delivery. I was sore but no C section. Good Luck.

Hurts to cough and sneeze?
hi everyone...i will be 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow. i'm due to have a c-section on march 10. i managed to get a horrible horrible cold. i can't cough because whenever i do i get a horrible sharp stabbing pain on my lower right part of my stomach..not far enough to be on my pelvic bone..kinda more to the side ...sneezing does the same thing it hurts real bad. also coughing is my main trigger for throwing up. when i cough i end up throwing up and then i get a contraction that lasts the whole time i'm throwin up. i've been taking tylenol cold to no avail its not helping the cough at all. any ideas on why this hurts so bad? i'm thinking its just a ligiment or something but it makes me cry! also anyone know a good cough medicine that actually works thats safe during pregnancy? my dr said all tylenol products are safe but like i said..its just not working..any suggestions (besides suck it up and deal with it like my husband suggested lol) are very welcome thanks!

You can try Robitussum I took the generic brand and it was fine...Doctor told me i could however, the pain in like u said straining of the uterus I have that and it is painful im 38 weeks....You may end up going on antibiotics you need to call your doctor in the morning and tell him/her that the meds aren't working but try Tussum you can get the generic brand at walmart same stuff just different name...I was also told to take claritin only thing i noticed with that is it did make the baby not move much and it scared me so i stopped taking it ....when i got that cold i ended up going on antibiotics for it and nasal spray alon gwith the tussum for the cough few days on that and i was good as new good luck and congrats

I suck at word problems, but I suck at math in general.
And I really suck at word problems, I usually skip them over.
I barely manage to pass Alg. 2 with a C-. And I think I'm currently failing it right now. I also barely managed to pass Algebra 1 in 8th grade with a C-, but I also want to be a doctor.

Here's the good news. Doctor's don't use complicated math, so don't ever worry about that. The bad news is you've got to get some good grades to get into college. Talk with your counselor about the best choices for getting into a four year university. Also, find out when your teacher offers extra help and GO (every day if you have to). Stick it out and you'll get into college. That being said, meet with your counselor often over the rest of your high school time. The more you go see them, the more they take you seriously. Keep studying, you'll get there. You probably don't suck at Math, you just haven't had a good teacher, teach you the right way. Don't give up.
*Note: Tell your counselor you want to retake Alg 2. Teachers can be overruled. With math, the thing is, you can't go onto the next level if you haven't mastered your current level. Remember that in class. You need to understand today's math to do tomorrow's. Don't leave school without understanding the HW.

This letter can be very disturbing, or beneficial. Its what you make of it. I have no choice, but to write this letter to you. By the way, maybe you should change your yahoo and eBay passwords. Its not very comforting to know how you enjoy forwarding 69 joke’s to another person. Then again, I guess things of that nature do not bother me anymore. However, I am not going to lie, I do periodically peek into your email accounts. Its not nice, I know, and eventually I will stop, oops. Emails can be a good thing or a bad thing. Let’s hope this time it can be good.
I really never wanted to believe that you didn’t love me. I was living in pure denial. I know there are many things that I said and did to hurt you. It’s like I am on this roller coaster, half of me is wants to just jump out and forget everything- just start a new life. The other half wants to stay and figure out what went wrong. However, I am convinced you are happier when you are away from me- far away, like if you were here and I was in Japan- farrr. It hurts me inside, I try to fight it most of the time, and sometimes I get really weak. It really helps me see that you are a very strong person. I just hope I can be as strong. I don’t want to hate you, I never have. I just get really upset when you ignore my phone calls. It gets me more upset. Last night I tried to call you like 1000 times. Its some nights like those where I just want to hear your voice. Sometimes, I wonder who is it that’s treating you so well. No one knows how we both feel. I saw strength in you. I remember visiting you at Ice. I will never forget the butterflies I felt in my tummy. I was really so into you. I remember when you went through a transition and your dad was in the hospital from the incident. I was there for you. There was nothing I wanted more in my life, but to see you happy again. I remember you invited me to the mall to see you, even though your mom hated me - at that time. I remember driving cars back n forth from the a. I remember you offering me money to help me pay for my dad’s funeral. You were there for me. I understood what you were fighting for, at that time. Even today, at this time, when many were against your decisions, I always supported you. Even if I knew your decision would hurt me, I would support you. I understood you from the beginning. I understand what upsets you. I understand what makes you smile. I understand what makes you proud. I understand what you wont accept. But none of this matters because finally, I understand that you will never understand me, because you never loved me enough to want to.
Its easy for you to label me as you wife. Now I am determined to let you know who I really am. IF you read on, it may upset you. The choice is yours. I need to let you know. If I do not, then I would only be letting myself down. This is something I will never do. I would rather tell you in person, but I am sure, I would be distracting you from your daily way of life. Soooo….Here it goes.
I am who I am. I enjoy fun times alone, with others, and especially with C. I do my best to satisfy others to keep peace everywhere, even in my heart. I do my best to not talk badly about others, even though they hurt me. I like to explore things indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. When I am able, I enjoy helping others. I can be a nag at all times. I can be witty and say hurtful things- I really don’t mean them. I can complain for just about anything- all the time. But, I love to talk, walk, and simply be with God. I try to respect others and love to receive the respect in return. I love to cook- thought I don’t do it that often. I feel that I am smarter than others, but not as smart as some. I love to pray, together or alone, even though I do not do it daily. I love to be determined, whenever I have a goal. I do not give up, unless I know I won. I love to give and receive. I love to live life with laughter and listening- I don’t receive much of either. I also am a person with many fears. Some of these fears I have overcome, some I have yet to conquer. Most of all, I am determined to be understood by those who love me, and those who do not.
In my life, before we had C, I had only two fears. One, the inevitable, fear of mine was to be rejected from heaven - God’s Love. My second Biggest fear was to be alone. God is very loving and forgiving. I knew if I did right according to His will, I should be okay. However, loneliness is suicidal. Oh how I hated the thought of being alone. Sleeping alone at night was the toughest. Being alone in a silent house- sooo scary. However, loneliness never abandoned me. Especially, these past three and a half years. I tried many things to fight my loneliness- support groups, church groups, reading, well basically anything- nothing worked. Trying to keep busy isn’t always easy when you do not feel needed anywhere.
My most loneliest time was when we were trying to have C. You know what happened, I don’t even want to remember it. Finally C was arriving. Being in a bed with no TV, no sound, Pure silence, for six months, WAS HARD! I am thankful, I managed to pull out of it when C arrived in our world. After we brought her home, I didn’t feel lonely at all. I was so busy doing my best to make sure she was happy and healthy. It was the best time of my life. She’s two now, WOW. She is a little person with her own strengths and fears. She has likes and dislikes. Many times I want to call to just to get advice. I know you will say your busy. So I just don’t call. That’s something I will never understand … why you have 20 minutes to an hour a day, to go to lunch or talk on the phone with other guys and Gals. But you do not have any time for me or C- your family. The people who really should matter to you. Your Family, if not me then YOUR DAUGHTER at most. Your daughter thinks you can walk on water. She Idols you. She talks about you 10000000000000000000000 times a day. Wondering where you are. Why your never around. She is too young to understand what money is. She is two, all she wants is to hold your hand and walk in a circle or even dance. She only wants a dad. It kills me inside to see her yearn for your LOVE and attention, and you don’t know that. She can care less about what she wears or how she wears it. She just wants you. Your heart. Please do not be upset if we fall apart. We both desired the same thing. Your Love. Your Attention. This is something you can give to others, but you can not give to us, more on my part. I accept that. I can go on. I can not speak for C. I pray that she can be as strong you. Only time will tell how she will be. As of now, because I am with her every day. Emotionally, she is very insecure. I am sure this will never stop. If she doesn’t get love from you, she will look somewhere else. It’s a natural thing. All women need attention from a man. Yes, even lesbians. On my own I can do so much. There’s one thing I can not do- replace her father. No one can be her father but you. If she never has time with you, I am sure she will give up on you. She is not looking for money, she is looking for love. Did you ever see a man and his child? Would you still love your dad if he was broke? Would you like it if your dad called you just to say “hi.” Wouldn’t you love it if you can be alone with your mom enjoying laughter all day. Would you take a day of laughter or $10000.00. I know C, she would rather laugh with you. No matter what, I will not be able to give her a father’s love. Its extremely hard to raise her on my own. I know you know that. Loneliness visits me again.
I have met my two biggest fears. One is in Gods care. The other has really been good for me. I opened my heart to loneliness. I embraced it, and accepted the fact that it will never leave me. For the sake of my life and C’s, I overcame it. I am no longer afraid to be alone. There is nothing more that I want, but to show C how to conquer our fears. But first we must embrace it. This relationship strengthened my inner self. I am no longer afraid to see the world in my own eyes. I am ready and willing to conquer anything. It feels good to no longer be afraid of anything, but God. I am actually happier, finally.
It doesn’t matter how long we have been together, or who’s done what. Or even what I wear. Nothing can change the fact that we got married through a unity by the Holy Trinity. We have come to a point where, its really hard for us to stay next to each other without being upset. I am convinced that in one to ten years from now, I will not be the one who you are going to be sleeping with at night. I do feel you will not be happy, but you will deal with it. We both know our feelings for one another have dramatically changed. Lately we have addressed it the best way we can. No matter how we decide to live our lives - together or separate. Divorced or not, we will never get along. I have thought about this since C was born. I am not upset about it anymore. I do get weak and just want to run in your arms and rest on your chest, but I know its not my place anymore. I really want to move forward, for me it‘s not easy. I am really looking forward to each day as it comes, to see how things will be.
Again, whether we are together or separate, our feelings will always be apart. It may seem good to stay together for the sake of C. But feelings do not lie. C will mature and find it strange mom and dad never go out. Never sleep together. Never eat together. Never talk to each other. When she makes friends, she will see her friend’s parents actually talk to each other. She will feel left out. It will be hard for her to make friends. She may be embarrassed, at school, when there is a father and daughter day at school, and your not there because of work. She may just want to give up. Maybe when she becomes a woman, she will fall for any guy that gives her attention or that can treat her like crap. Then how can we blame her. She had no examples of love in her life. Even church will be hard for her, let alone she is not fully E, but from a broken home, too? I know her life will be nothing but tough. She has no idea what a family should be like. As her mom, I will never blame her for anything. We brought her into this world. God borrowed my womb and your sperm to create her. She survived, therefore she has a purpose to live God’s Will. I can go on with “what if’s” and worry forever. That’s my job as her mom. We do not know what type of person she will marry, or even want to marry at all.. As her mom, I do not want to live a lie in front of her. I have always been honest to her. When the situation was good or bad, I have always been honest to her. If we really live separate, like we already feel. She may be strong and embrace it. God willing, time will heal her wounds. There are many children from divorced homes. She will not feel alone. Her possibilities are limitless. I know I will do my best to explain to her that love does exist and there are families who actually spend time together, we just aren’t one of them. I will always reassure her that it wasn’t her fault that our family turned out this way. I am sure she will end up blaming herself. This is what most children do. I will live my life as an example for her to be a strong woman.
I plan to return to school in the summer or fall. I will probably take out loans. I want to let you know because it will appear on my credit. I do not want anything to affect your credit. I am not sure how it works, but whatever I have to sign to make sure your credit is not affected, I will do so immediately. I may work part times as well. I would like to have C at the preschool at the school where I attend, to be close to her, I am sure you prefer otherwise. I am not sure what school I am going to attend. It depends on our living situation. No matter what happens, Please do not take C and deprive her from me. I will never do that to you. I just feel that we really need to address this. Its time for us to somehow move on. Let us make a reasonable decision, go forward without looking back. Whenever we look back, let it only reflect upon C. What we had, should have never existed. We are two different people in two different worlds with only one eternal connection - C.

Youre letter almost made me cry. I agree with whoever said to not tell him about the snooping, thats something that you need to stop doing on your own. If you tell him this in the letter, its only going to make him angry. The purpose of this letter is to somehow resolve all the problems that have been building up over the years and move on- thats only going to cause a whole new set of problems. Its going to be difficult to explain that to him seeing how youve already changed his voicemail password. Beyond that, I have to say Im proud of you for not just staying together for the sake of your daughter. And as far as that goes, it seems like you really do have a good idea as to what sort of example you want to set for your daughter as shes growing up. And I praise you for the honesty you plan on giving her. I really never wanted to believe that you didn’t love me. I was living in pure denial. I know there are many things that I said and did to hurt you. I love to pray, together or alone, even though I do not do it daily. I love to be determined, whenever I have a goal. I do not give up, unless I know I won. I love to give and receive. I love to live life with laughter and listening- I don’t receive much of either. I also am a person with many fears. Some of these fears I have overcome, some I have yet to conquer. Most of all, I am determined to be understood by those who love me, and those who do not.
In my life, before we had C, I had only two fears. One, the inevitable, fear of mine was to be rejected from heaven - God’s Love. My second Biggest fear was to be alone. God is very loving and forgiving. I knew if I did right according to His will, I should be okay. However, loneliness is suicidal. Oh how I hated the thought of being alone. Sleeping alone at night was the toughest. Being alone in a silent house- sooo scary. However, loneliness never abandoned me. Especially, these past three and a half years. I tried many things to fight my loneliness- support groups, church groups, reading, well basically anything- nothing worked. Trying to keep busy isn’t always easy when you do not feel needed anywhere.
My most loneliest time was when we were trying to have C. You know what happened, I don’t even want to remember it. Finally C was arriving. Being in a bed with no TV, no sound, Pure silence, for six months, WAS HARD! I am thankful, I managed to pull out of it when C arrived in our world. After we brought her home, I didn’t feel lonely at all. I was so busy doing my best to make sure she was happy and healthy. It was the best time of my life. She’s two now, WOW. She is a little person with her own strengths and fears. She has likes and dislikes. Many times I want to call to just to get advice. I know you will say your busy. So I just don’t call. That’s something I will never understand … why you have 20 minutes to an hour a day, to go to lunch or talk on the phone with other guys and Gals. But you do not have any time for me or C- your family. The people who really should matter to you. Your Family, if not me then YOUR DAUGHTER at most. Your daughter thinks you can walk on water. She Idols you. She talks about you 10000000000000000000000 times a day. Wondering where you are. Why your never around. She is too young to understand what money is. She is two, all she wants is to hold your hand and walk in a circle or even dance. She only wants a dad. It kills me inside to see her yearn for your LOVE and attention, and you don’t know that. She can care less about what she wears or how she wears it. She just wants you. Your heart. Please do not be upset if we fall apart. We both desired the same thing. Your Love. Your Attention. This is something you can give to others, but you can not give to us, more on my part. I accept that. I can go on. I can not speak for C. I pray that she can be as strong you. Only time will tell how she will be. As of now, because I am with her every day. Emotionally, she is very insecure. I am sure this will never stop. If she doesn’t get love from you, she will look somewhere else. It’s a natural thing. All women need attention from a man. Yes, even lesbians. On my own I can do so much. There’s one thing I can not do- replace her father. No one can be her father but you. If she never has time with you, I am sure she will give up on you. She is not looking for money, she is looking for love. Did you ever see a man and his child? Would you still love your dad if he was broke? Would you like it if your dad called you just to say “hi.” Wouldn’t you love it if you can be alone with your mom enjoying laughter all day. Would you take a day of laughter or $10000.00. I know C, she would rather laugh with you. No matter what, I will not be able to give her a father’s love. Its extremely hard to raise her on my own. I know you know that. Loneliness visits me again.
I have met my two biggest fears. One is in Gods care. The other has really been good for me. I opened my heart to loneliness. I embraced it, and accepted the fact that it will never leave me. For the sake of my life and C’s, I overcame it. I am no longer afraid to be alone. There is nothing more that I want, but to show C how to conquer our fears. But first we must embrace it. This relationship strengthened my inner self. I am no longer afraid to see the world in my own eyes. I am ready and willing to conquer anything. It feels good to no longer be afraid of anything, but God. I am actually happier, finally.
It doesn’t matter how long we have been together, or who’s done what. Or even what I wear. Nothing can change the fact that we got married through a unity by the Holy Trinity. We have come to a point where, its really hard for us to stay next to each other without being upset. I am convinced that in one to ten years from now, I will not be the one who you are going to be sleeping with at night. I do feel you will not be happy, but you will deal with it. We both know our feelings for one another have dramatically changed. Lately we have addressed it the best way we can. No matter how we decide to live our lives - together or separate. Divorced or not, we will never get along. I have thought about this since C was born. I am not upset about it anymore. I do get weak and just want to run in your arms and rest on your chest, but I know its not my place anymore. I really want to move forward, for me it‘s not easy. I am really looking forward to each day as it comes, to see how things will be.
Again, whether we are together or separate, our feelings will always be apart. It may seem good to stay together for the sake of C. But feelings do not lie. C will mature and find it strange mom and dad never go out. Never sleep together. Never eat together. Never talk to each other. When she makes friends, she will see her friend’s parents actually talk to each other. She will feel left out. It will be hard for her to make friends. She may be embarrassed, at school, when there is a father and daughter day at school, and your not there because of work. She may just want to give up. Maybe when she becomes a woman, she will fall for any guy that gives her attention or that can treat her like crap. Then how can we blame her. She had no examples of love in her life. Even church will be hard for her, let alone she is not fully E, but from a broken home, too? I know her life will be nothing but tough. She has no idea what a family should be like. As her mom, I will never blame her for anything. We brought her into this world. God borrowed my womb and your sperm to create her. She survived, therefore she has a purpose to live God’s Will. I can go on with “what if’s” and worry forever. That’s my job as her mom. We do not know what type of person she will marry, or even want to marry at all.. As her mom, I do not want to live a lie in front of her. I have always been honest to her. When the situation was good or bad, I have always been honest to her. If we really live separate, like we already feel. She may be strong and embrace it. God willing, time will heal her wounds. There are many children from divorced homes. She will not feel alone. Her possibilities are limitless. I know I will do my best to explain to her that love does exist and there are families who actually spend time together, we just aren’t one of them. I will always reassure her that it wasn’t her fault that our family turned out this way. I am sure she will end up blaming herself. This is what most children do. I will live my life as an example for her to be a strong woman.
I plan to return to school in the summer or fall. I will probably take out loans. I want to let you know because it will appear on my credit. I do not want anything to affect your credit. Youre letter almost made me cry. I agree with whoever said to not tell him about the snooping, thats something that you need to stop doing on your own. If you tell him this in the letter, its only going to make him angry. The purpose of this letter is to somehow resolve all the problems that have been building up over the years and move on- thats only going to cause a whole new set of problems. My husband was "addicted" with pornography (his words) and had a crush on a woman at the office about a year ago. After I caught him and was flabbergasted since he has always been the picture of fidelity, I was so upset I had an epileptic seizure (1st in 3 yrs) which made me unable to drive for 6 mos, which made me have to close my personal training business. I was so upset about the whole thing. We reconciled and have been moving forward but he is not really interested in me or sex. He is on a business trip and asked me to join him at the end of the week. I have been totally depressed (and on meds) for over a yr. Just getting out of bed is nearly impossible. I simply cannot go. I am cancelling the trip primarily b/c I can't manage the energy, I look like hell (like someone who escaped the mental ward) %26amp; I am hurt, angry, depressed %26amp; disgusted with myself and him. I don't feel like having fun. I felt good crushing him about this trip. I know that's mean, but at I least I got him back.

You need to get your life back on track. Take a stand and show whose boss. Go to the salon get your hair done, get some councilling and surround yourself with positive energy. Maybe even join a church group thats always the best thing to do when your in a crisis situation. Surround your self with positive people and eventually you will heal emotionally, spiritiualy, physically and move on with your life. You can do this and your worth so much more. Show everyone who let you down that your not going to let them win, your going to show them that your better then that, your stronger. Soon you will look back and thank your husband for making you a stronger person, you will learn from your mistake of ever thinking he was right for you, for letting him walk over you and make you feel the way you felt and you will learn from that. Reply:Something I've learned over the years is that holding onto a hurt or trying to get even makes me feel worse, and usually doesn't really affect the other person. Life is too short to let this go on. If you want to stay with him, why not try some marriage counseling? Try to use your energy in positive ways rather than negative. Good luck.

Reply:I'm sorry to tell you this but...he's only treating you this way because you allow him to. Do you honestly think that you ruined his trip? If he is interested in so many other women, I highly doubt that he even flinched. What you need to do is start taking care of yourself and your self-esteem. Reply:Something I've learned over the years is that holding onto a hurt or trying to get even makes me feel worse, and usually doesn't really affect the other person. Life is too short to let this go on. If you want to stay with him, why not try some marriage counseling? Try to use your energy in positive ways rather than negative. Good luck.

If he is interested in so many other women, I highly doubt that he even flinched. What you need to do is start taking care of yourself and your self-esteem. Normally i take all my husbands crap and bite my tounge.. the other day for the first time in 5 years i stood up to him and told him i had had enough.. I felt so good.. So my suggestion is stand up to him and give him a choice.. You and him or on his own.. Stick to your guns..
As far as the depression goes.. Fight it or it will get worse..If it feels that the meds arent working try a new one.. There are so many out there something has to work..
Force yourself to get up in the morning, shower and go for a walk or go to the mall or park and watch other people if you surround yourself with happy people it really helps..

Even though he has mashallah six brothers and I don't know how many nephews, most of whom are teenagers and older. They know when I am in the house not to come to where I am in the house unless they ask first or knock. Even they ring the doorbell first and wont come in their own house unless they are given the all clear. I think the family has to respect each other and be mindful of the women in their family in this regard. Otherwise, there will always be a problem.

Prenatals make me sick ..?
hey, i am 14.5 weeks with my 3rd baby .. with every pregnancy my prenatals made me sick so i just used the over the counter ones .. Stuart Prenatals .. my dr was fine with it before, but now she tells me that they found that there is not enough folic acid in it to help the baby .. so i said well the other ones make me sick, so a little less folic acid would be better than none at all right ?? but she told me to try really hard to get the vitamins she prescribed down for the sake of my baby .. i took one yesterday , and about 20 min. later was hugging the potty .. then today i took another, but i managed to keep it down b/c i was driving home from the hospital .. but now i feel like crap !! my head hurts and i just feel like i am car sick .. i haven*t been car sick since i was 5 !! so i am guessing that it is from the pills .. anything work or help anyone else with this problem ?? should i try taking them right before bed ?? maybe that would help ??!! any thoughts or suggestions ??!!??!

Always take your prenatals after you eat. I had the same problem so I would eat then take them right before bed.Try that.

If it is a matter of them making you sick, I would just eat more foods containing high folic acid (look them on the internet, bananas I think is a good one) and take the vitamins when your body can handle it.
I barely remembered to take my prenatal or folic acid pills...I am healthy and my daughter is healthy.

I just noticed on the front they say, "compare to Stuart prenatal"..... I checked the folic acid and it says 100%... how could that not be enough..?? I don't understand...?? You could try them... or just take two flinstone vitamins instead. Good luck!

Reply:Is she prescribing some special prenatel for you? All prenatel vitamins no matter the brand are pretty much the same int eh amount of vitamins they contain. I checked out four or five diffrent brands when I first got pregnant and I went with the wal-mart brand which was EXACTLY the same as materna (or whatever it is called) I also took a folic acid suppliment besides my prenatels. They were just a regular jamison brand folic acid.

Can I Sue My State School for Loss of Future Income?
I had no choice over which school I wanted to go to as I live far away from most schools. I was sent to a school that has been classed as the worst in the country. I had high predicted grades for all my subjects and ended up with next to nothing thanks to the poor teaching and the loss of work.
In one instance I had over 10 different teachers just for science in 1 year as they left and took our coursework with them and never returned.
I recently was refused entry into college on the basis of my poor grades even though I managed to get 2 Bs, 2 C, 5 Ds it was not enough and now am unable to take my A-Level Law course. This now means that I wont get my qualifications and no way will get my dream job.
I read that a student sued her school after they messed up her A-Levels but she went to a private school. I went to a state school and it was my GCSEs not my A-Levels.
Can I sue the school and should I go further and blame the county education department for not sorting the school out?

No, on the grounds that they will show you many, many of their previous students who now earn a lot. They may then explain to the court that one of the qualities (as opposed to qualifications) of people who get ahead in life is not constantly whining and looking for compensation.

Reply:In addition to extension courses, look into GED (general equivalancy development) tests. These are accepted by most 2yr and many 4yr colleges. If you do well enough on these it should help even out any problems with High School grades. In any case, it is on you to get yourself prepared, it may not be fair, but it is how it is.

Can you not go to college or can you not go to the college that you preferred?! I teach at a community college and we don't turn any one away. It seems to me as though your path hasn't been blocked, it's just been re-routed.
You can blame the system and you may very well be in the right to blame "them", but how does that help you? You could win in a court of law, but again, you won't get enough money (if any) to last your life time and you still won't be any closer to having the skills required to make the living you desire.
The noble and impressive course of action is to find out what skills you need to improve to get into the college you seek and then go to another school and get the training/knowledge that you need. You will show the school that you posses the desire to succeed and the drive to get it done no matter what. That will impress the school and a potential employer.
Life is not fair and regardless of who is at fault, you are not qualified to enter the program and even if you did get in, by your grades, you probably wouldn't succeed any way. Strengthen your weaknesses some where else and when you do get back on track, you may find that you appreciate your success even more than some of your peers.
The test you face now is how focused are you on your goal. Are you going to walk towards your goal or stray towards the distraction of a raw deal. It's not your fault, but it's how you respond to your situation that will impress people and make them take notice.

You should be able to get into college with those grades, most places just ask for five Cs or above, or you could just talk to a tutor there and most tutors need the students so they'll let you in.
My state school screwed up too - the lesson we have learnt is to work hard, earn enough money to send you're kids to a decent school. Or emigrate.

What is done is DONE. So let's move on. Get yourself to the nearest community college and take classes for two years then you will have grades good enough to get into a 4 year school. Or you can contact the nearest state university. They have to admit you because they are supported by tax dollars. Finally where did past grad's of your school go? Go there. Having 5 D's does not exactly indicate you are a scholar. Your GPA is less than a 1.00 on a 4.0 scale. Get off the pity pot and get busy ! Forget the suing !!
Reply:I was always told a school is what you make it. I am studying electronics, I have a scar on my brain that has affected my short term memory so I have to find different ways to remember things otherwise I will fail. If you want to succeed you have to work harder than everyone else and as unfair as it is you cant blame the school especially if other students have passed. I wish you well

i know people that got worst grades that you that took A levels, and have still got into university
your gades are not bad, if your school is bad then thats not your fault but get over it, i got very poor a levels compared to what i was predicted because of the poor teaching, however im still going to uni
do you really want to waste your time sueing them go for it but your lose so much money and time doing it.
im sure that you could get into a college that would accept you for a levels
i think you should get on with your life and stop feeling sorry for yourself, at least you got an education and if you work hard enough you can get into uni, if you were really set on getting a levels you would have found somewhere to do it.
if i hadnt have got into my a levels at 6th form, i could have gone to college and done it.
you may have been dealt some bad cards but you have to get on with you life otherwise yourll never study law

In one instance I had over 10 different teachers just for science in 1 year as they left and took our coursework with them and never returned.
I recently was refused entry into college on the basis of my poor grades even though I managed to get 2 Bs, 2 C, 5 Ds it was not enough and now am unable to take my A-Level Law course. This now means that I wont get my qualifications and no way will get my dream job.
I read that a student sued her school after they messed up her A-Levels but she went to a private school. I went to a state school and it was my GCSEs not my A-Levels.
Can I sue the school and should I go further and blame the county education department for not sorting the school out?

No, on the grounds that they will show you many, many of their previous students who now earn a lot. They may then explain to the court that one of the qualities (as opposed to qualifications) of people who get ahead in life is not constantly whining and looking for compensation.
